Did you use Korean IP? I can access the website with VPN.

@piquark6046 Yes, Korean server of my VPN (Windscribe) is blocked. Will use another VPN if required.

@piquark6046 Thanks. TBH I'm not sure if I should fix this if can be fixed in both of Korean filter lists.
