Reproduced.

After adding C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\36835MahdiGhiasi.Roamit_2.4.1.0_x64__yddpmccgg2mz2\QuickShare.exe to the filter list I see no ads.

@Alex-302 Can you add the app's file name to standard filtering apps (with wildcards for the numbers and the last part before \QuickShare.exe)?
