First of all, I haven't activated stealth mode. It seems to be caused by the Adguard connection itself. After disabling all filters, turn off all options and exiting Adguard, but even the problem isn't resolved.
There's currently no way to connect to the AWS management page with my device currently I'm using in any way. Maybe this can be doesn't because of Adguard. But using a mobile device (Adguard is installed and no settings have been touched) or another PC device (Adguard isn't installed) will not cause any problems.
To reproduce, just turn on Adguard with default options. and then go to the link described above. This is all I can tell you How to reproduce it. Sorry.

to HTTPS exclusions in AdGuard settings.
Did you check with completely unloaded Kaspersky?
I added the console.aws.amazon.com
domain to the HTTPS exclusions list in the Adguard settings, and I completely ended networkrelated programs such as Kaspersky, Hamachi, etc. but didn't solve the problem.

Disabling all modules (Including Browser Assistant, Legacy Assistant) and options doesn't solve the problem. I tried with a different browser but the problem still occurs. I think this problem is caused by Adguard because after installing Adguard, I did not touch anything related to the network.
