Even though I have all my AdGuard protection activated, I still get these VERY ANNOYING ads from those OUTBRAIN spammers on my favorite news site DER SPIEGEL . Please help me with this in order to stop it. Thank you very much!

Disable AdGuard alone doesn't fix it, I also have to whitelist `@@||native.emsservice.de^$important` in my AG Home ... 💁‍♂️

If the website declares themselves as an ad (Anzeige) we should block it. Else maybe only self-promo.
