Import text file of filter list URLs #2706

Please add an option to import a text file with a list of filter list URLs so that it is possible to import each filter list all at once instead of doing it manually one by one.

It is currently possible to do almost this:

  1. Opening Rule Editor from menu inside User Rules
  2. Just paste contents of rules file
  3. Save/close Rule Editor

Voilà!
