I have already emailed adguard support team and they asked me to raise a ticket with developers. My ticket number is 682161

Hi apologies, i didnt provide further detail as i assumed you could retrieve it from my ticket number. Adguard is blocking the ADT smart services video doorbell connection although I have completely turned it off in app management. Please see attached screen recording

Hi,

I have sent screen recording as requested. Also provided below commentary.

"It is a weird bug I have tried various things with the support team including disabling all filters. I have sent them filter logs as well and nothing seems to be blocking it. The issue is in relation to the application"

Thank you. I have received message and watched the video. It's really weird issue and if it occurs even with all filters disabled, then it's rather not related to filters, so I will move this issue to a different repository.

@ocebir31 I'm sorry, but we need a contract number to check, which we don't have. So you can go into the intercom app, but you can't connect to it?

To troubleshoot this issue, we need to get additional logs.

@ocebir31 yes, I see your logs. Your issue is in progress

@ocebir31 your debug logs have been on for less than a minute and during that time there is no sign in to the MyADT application. Please re-record the debug logs with a longer time, log into the application and repeat the steps. Don't forget to specify the time please
