@Versty Thanks for quick reply! after above steps and check #2550 and more other comment, specifically comment of @elween07 steps, now working well. even I turn on airplane mode, can still receive calls very quickly.

Based on past issues, I tried to identify and solve the problem myself, but unfortunately without success. In the filtering list, I found the following server address:
epdg.epc.mnc097.mcc466.pub.3gppnetwork.org
and added its IP175.96.62.1
to the ignore list in advanced settings. However, WiFi calling still does not work properly.
