Add a search function to the low-level settings

Issue Details

Because of many differences compared to v3.6, it is hard to find the setting of interest to the user.

Proposed solution

Add search field like in Apps Management or another places.

Infact, I would suggest a master search on the Main Settings page which will search all the settings pages (search and display as you type logic).
