Block Mobile app banners no longer work

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce: 1.enable Adguard protection 2.open apps that has ads banners 3.you find out banners are still there

Expected Behavior

Before the nightly 48 update banners were completely blocked and not taking over the screen

Actual Behavior

Banners now are either shown Normally with ads or they are shown as white banner with a weird icon or a blank white banner that never go away

Tried force stopping Adguard multiple times and restarting the protection

To troubleshoot this issue, we need to get the app logs.

Here's what we need you to do:

1. Enable debug logging: Settings -> General -> Advanced -> Logging level -> Debug
2. Reproduce the issue, then remember the exact time when it happened
3. Collect logs: Settings -> General -> Advanced -> Export logs and system info
4. Send this file to devteam@adguard.com:
   • mention the 5335 number in the subject
   • specify the exact time when the issue occurred

Sorry i completely forgot about it, i enabled https filtering and it fixed the issue, but after the update i disabled https filtering and it works again all the banners are gone.
