Internet dont work when I use Adguard #5522

Expected Behavior

Work internet well without loading

Actual Behavior

Internet sudden not working often when I use Adguard even just turn on ad blockage option

When problem begin at very first I turn off DNS service and it was work well for while But soon doesn't work again so I report my log before and reply that find problem so will be solved after update. It was work well after update But these day problem begin again Internet not working at all if problem started. So I if I turn off Adguard Internet work well right away And after few times later when I start Adguard again it work well too. Then suddenly, the same problem continues to repeat without no unannounced. Like my Youtube, YouTube music start loading a longtime and of course can't use it any apps which throw internet.

In order to troubleshoot this issue, we need to get your application logs.

Here's what we need you to do:

  1. Enable debug logging: Settings -> General -> Advanced -> Logging level -> Debug.
  2. Reproduce the problem, then remember the exact time when it happened.
  3. Collect logs: Settings -> General -> Advanced -> Export logs and system info.
  4. Send this file to qa@adguard.com:
    • include [android] keyword and ISSUE_NUMBER in the subject of your email
    • specify the exact time when the issue occurred
