Not reproduced - I see this popup only when AdGuard is turned off. Does it still happen?

the problem arose when I used, on the advice of your support service, the setting on "local proxy mode" to stop conflicts with the Surfshark VPN. At this time, nothing has been filtered!

I simply put back to "kernel extension mode" and it was OK again…

Unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce the issue. Could you please let us know if it persists and if so please try to update to the latest version (v2.11) of AdGuard for Mac available via this link.
