Add Parental Control feature #963

As DNS filtering is now supported in macos, how about considering Parental Control?

Hello there!

You can enable Parental control on macOS by selecting the AdGuard DNS Family Protection server.

But it doesn't have password.💁🏻‍♀️

I agree, it's more of a temporary solution.

We will try to add a full Parental control function in the future.
