[Feature Request] Protect against ARP poisoning #1514

I wish there was a setting in Adguard to protect against spoofed ARP packets by renewing the ARP table frequently or have some method to detect and drop malicous ARP packets :)

Would still be a good addition, if you count this as out of scope, what would the phishing protection be? :D
