Just in case, have you tried the redirect mode?

pamb18 commented 5 years ago

I did as well as the manual contact through support. However, I did not see a means to make sure that "include system file logs" was checked.

I wanted to let you know there are now at least 2 sites that I can't access unless I disable Adguard. The links are for TV Guide Listings https://www.tvguide.com/listings/ and AARP games https://games.aarp.org/games/sweet-shuffle. I seem to get timed out and even retrying does not work.

Everything seems to be back to normal, for now. My speeds are back up and I can get into the 2 websites without having to disable Adguard. I didn't do anything.

So weird:(

These 2 websites, are they also okay now?

pamb18 commented 5 years ago

So far, so good on getting into the websites and my internet speeds are up, so I don't have to disable Adguard.  Based on your response, I assume that you didn't do anything either.  It's weird, puzzling, and maddening.  I would like to know what to do the next time this happens.  I'm sure you would like to know as well in order to help other customers with similar problems. I just hope it lasts. On Sunday, August 4, 2019, 09:27:49 AM MDT, Andrey Meshkov notifications@github.com wrote:

@pamb18 thank you! Please feel free to reopen this issue if this happens again (I hope not, of course:))

If this happens again, we will need two things:

  1. AdGuard logs
  2. Process dump

Here's an instruction on how to get these if this happens again:

First of all, here's an instruction on how to get the process dump:

  1. Start Task Manager. To do this, use one of the following methods:
    • Right-click an empty area of the task bar, and then click Task Manager.
    • Press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC.
  2. Click the Processes tab. In some versions of Windows, it may be necessary to click 'More details' to expand the Task Manager view to display the tabs.
  3. Find AdguardSvc process, right-click it, and then click Create Dump File.
  4. Upload this file somewhere (GDrive, Dropbox, whatever).

Second, the logs:

  1. Force stop AdguardSvc.exe and Adguard.exe via the Task Manager
  2. Open it again
  3. Click on the AdGuard's tray icon -> advanced -> Export logs and system info

Send both the link to the process dump and the logs to us (devteam at adguard.com).
