Move filtering log directly to AdGuard Settings

Problem

We've received multiple reports about Filtering Log being located far too deep in the app settings.

Proposed Solution

Move Filtering Log button from AdGuard > Settings > Ad Blocker to AdGuard > Settings (as an independent menu item).

Alternate solution

Add an "Open filtering log" button to the main screen while leaving the existing Ad Blocker menu item intact.

The absolute majority of users don't even know right-clicking a tray icon invokes a separate menu. :(
