Parental control (Support Windows Hello) #3674

Hello, In parental control we have a way to add a password to protect the settings of adguard, can you (please) add the support of windows hello to unlock the settings.

You can have an exemple of using this technology on keepass : KeePassWinHello like that we can even enable it globally even on our account, since we can rapidly unlock it (fingerprint or face recognition).

And in place of the password you can generate a strong key and if we lost control of our windows hello AdGuard can ask to use our AdGuard account to unlock it or our registration key (if people don't want to use an account).
