Adguard crashes when running for a long time #4627

AdGuard Base filter, AdGuard Mobile Ads filter, AdGuard Tracking Protection filter, AdGuard URL Tracking filter, AdGuard Annoyances filter, AdGuard DNS filter, EasyList China, EasyPrivacy, ChinaList+EasyList, CJX's Annoyances List, xinggsf, I don't care about cookies, Others

What Stealth Mode options do you have enabled?

Hide your search queries, Send Do-Not-Track signals, Strip URLs of tracking parameters, Self-destruction of third-party cookies, Disable cache for third-party requests, Block the third-party Authorization header, Disable WebRTC, Block Push API, Block Location API, Block Flash, Disable Windows Telemetry, Turn off Advertising ID, Disable Microsoft Defender automatic samples submission, Disable WAP Push Message Routing Service, Hide your Referrer from third-parties, Hide your User Agent, Hide your IP address, Remove X-client-Data header from HTTP request, Protect from DPI

Issue Details

My Adguard is the latest version 7.12. Adguard version

If you enter the computer desktop on the next day when the computer is on the lock screen, Adguard crashes during the last run and the Adguard crash report screen pops up. Crash Report

Of course, the computer background also runs other software, Tinder security, wechat, IDM, PowerToys, Snipaste and so on. This is not the first time this has happened. I wonder if there is an incompatibility problem.

Expected Behavior

Adguard can be maintained for a long time without crashing, ensuring the stability and compatibility of application running.

@honeyuee Hello!

Did it start happening in version 7.12? Could you switch to debug logging level and send your logs to devteam@adguard.com when it happens again? Also, when crash report window appears please click on Send and attach the mail you entered to your message.

I'm closing this issue due to no response. If you still experience the problem, please try our new beta version in which there have been many improvements, including driver updates, СoreLibs, and DnsLibs. Please let us know how it went.

I have sent the debug log to devteam@adguard.com by email. I also uploaded the corresponding crash information when the client crashed, and noted my email address.

@honeyuee please update your app to the latest version ( https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardForWindows/releases/download/v7.12.0/AdGuard-7.12.exe ) to see if that helps. Also, please disable non-relevant filters and keep only those you very need

I updated the latest development version, but the crash was not resolved.

@honeyuee please grab the debug logs from the latest build and send them to us if it's still reproduced.
