Slow javascript file load from gorod.mos.ru #476

For some reason this file is loaded very slowly: https://gorod.mos.ru/temp/hashes/js/common/61952bd9c1f47ebb59ffe8e74c603ff0a.js

This problem is random.

UPD: the website is pretty unstable, it does not depend on us.
