Adapt web-installer to dark theme #4884

Issue Details

Now the installer, when opened, shows the progress of downloading the installation files, which has a white top, and only then the installer loads with a full dark theme if the dark theme is also installed on Windows.

Proposed solution

Adapt the installer to the dark theme completely
