Unfortunately, the outbound proxy feature is currently not available in AdGuard for Windows. The Manual proxy setting in the Network tab of AdGuard settings is used to point the application to the proxy used to update AdGuard filters and other essential application components. Therefore, at this time, we recommend using the built-in Windows proxy client as a workaround.
However, we will review your issue as a feature request and implement the outbound proxy in AdGuard if possible.

Issue Details
Proxy socks5 is not changing ip on pc, its saying proxy connection is valid tho. I have the same configuration like the one on the phone and its working on the phone. used https://speed.cloudflare.com/ to check ip
