Integrating DNS-over-TLS support for OpenDNS in AdGuard’s DNS Protection #4898

Issue Details

Since OpenDNS has supported DNS-over-TLS since January 28, 2022, could you add it to the list of available protocols in AdGuard’s DNS Protection? Here is the announcement from Cisco:

Could you also add OpenDNS Sandbox (non-filtered DNS)? All available servers are listed in a table on this Wikipedia page:

@WakoKnight we will add DNS-over-TLS support for OpenDNS and think about their non-filtering servers 👌🏻
