Hi @kucslgc

As we can see, you are using AdGuard for Windows 7.16, which doesn't have the latest improvements. Could you please install the latest AdGuard for Windows beta, which is 7.17 RC and check if the problem still exists on this version?

If the issue persists on 7.17 RC, please send us the application logs. Here's what we need you to do:

  1. Collect the debug log as it's explained here.
  2. Remember the exact time when the issue was reproduced. We will need it to find the corresponding records in the log file.
  3. Send the archive to devteam@adguard.com and mention this issue number in the subject.
