Can you block Kakaotalk PC Version Ads?

Steps to reproduce:

Go https://www.kakaocorp.com/page/service/service/KakaoTalk?lang=en
Click Download > Windows
Install it and open

I'm user of Adguard Window version and noticed that Adguard Windows version Can't block Ads in Kakaotalk Window versions. First, when OS boot, Kakaotalk shows small banner ad in Bottom right corner. Adguard Can't block it. Second, when Kakaotalk starts, shows banner ad in botton of it. I'll post screenshot about this.

KakaoTalk is a highly used messaging app with a near monopoly in South Korea. It has over 45 million users as of 2024, so I'd appreciate it if you could block ads.

Expected Behavior

block these 2 ads i wrote.

Actual Behavior

ads are not blocked, everytime i use it.

Could you please let us know if you are using the AdGuard DNS protection module and if so, whether you are using a system default or custom DNS server?

not using Adguard DNS protection module. right now, just system default settings.

For experimentation, I just turn on Adguard DNS Protections and it's not work. Ad's in bottom pop out pass threw it.

@DexfromAntarctica We have reached out to the filters team and have been informed that the ads in question cannot be blocked. By default, the Kakaotalk PC app is excluded from HTTPS filtering in order to prevent AdGuard from interfering with the Kakaotalk operation. Adding Kakaotalk to HTTPS filtering will cause the issues described in https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/issues/168699.
