Issue Details

Hello! Is there a way to prevent AdGuard closing from msc services? What is the point if you have a locked AdGuard with a password if you can simply access the services and stop the program from running which will close the program entirely? Thank you!!

Proposed solution

There should be a setting within AdGuard itself to prevent the user from stopping the services.

@DomingoLodo Greetings! We don't have intentions to change any mechanics in Parental Control unit. Anyway, registration of another PC user, who doesn't have admin rights, can prevent the situation of closing app from msc-services.
