@wolaikk Unfortunately, we are unable to reproduce the issue. To diagnose and troubleshoot it, we need to get the app logs.

Here's what we need you to do:

  1. Collect the debug log as it's explained here.
  2. Remember the exact time when the issue was reproduced. We will need it to find the corresponding records in the log file.
  3. Send the archive to devteam@adguard.com and mention this issue number in the subject.

I had similar issue, adguard for win v7.18.1, with adguard enabled, the internet browsing sometimes turn very slow, in any site, only disabling adguard from context menu in task bar, resolves the issue. please fix soon, adguard is for me and for long the best adblocker

  1. Open the filtering log.
  2. Reproduce the issue.
  3. Export the filtering log.
  4. Send the file to devteam@adguard.com.

@wolaikk, since we cannot reproduce the problem on our side, we can't resolve it without your help. Therefore, I am closing the issue for now. If the problem occurs again, please feel free to reopen the issue or create a new one.
