Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install AdGuard
  2. Install Browser Assistant extension
  3. Don’t need to setup anything
  4. Reboot the system

Expected Behavior

No response

Actual Behavior

Two behaviours :

When downloading/uploading something like an ISO, bandwidth drops to 0 after a few seconds. To upload the debug log zip file to Gmail I had to disable the service and reboot, because fully exiting AdGuard or stopping the service manually makes the service stuck at 'stopping' indefinitely.

Additional Information
