Hey. I am facing a problem. For the last couple of days, I have not been able to get a video stream from any cameras in my HomeKit house. I have a standard AdGuard dns installation. this issue must be resolved. because constantly pulling the switch is not good. previously I only ran into problems when adding a new device. but in this case, of course, you can enable / disable protection. If necessary, I can collect and provide the necessary information on the logs. specify.

@exrector To troubleshoot this issue, we need to get the app logs.

Here's what we need you to do:

  1. Reproduce the issue (and remember the exact time when it happened).
  2. Disable "DNS Privacy"
  3. Open the app, tap "Send Feedback", select "Contact Support"
  4. The mail app will be opened, change the recipient to apple@adguard.com (!)
  5. Mention this issue number and the time from step 1 in the email text

Yes. To avoid problems I use the default split tunnel

Hi @anastenko Yes. there is a problem. the online stream is impossible to watch. AdGuard dns must be disabled. I don't understand why other people are not joining in this issue. it's pretty easy to check with a HomePod or ipad as your home hub and any HomeKit camera.

@Chinaski1 Привет. Есть ли какие-то подвижки? Приходится каждый раз выключать AdGuard vpn для просмотра онлайн камер HKSV.

Hey team; friendly inquiry - wondering if there's any chance this can get some attention? I find myself having to disable the DNS filtering portions to access my camera - and found the same partial solutions listed above.
