The site loads fast after disabling protection. @@||liquipedia.net^$document does not help.

Can you check the DNS log and network log in Adguard? Also open the Console in the broswer before you reload the website to see what happen to the network. On your iPad or iPhone, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced. Scroll to the bottom and enable Web Inspector.
