Ad reporting tool no longer tags users when creating an issue on GitHub #2284

Before the new version of the ad reporting tool, the user could opt to get notified on GitHub for updates to the issue and to provide feedback. We no longer have this option and have to manually check the issue, which is annoying.

Please add the feature back again.

@kyjhoz-mikfip-goXci0 This change was made as a temporary measure to prevent the username field from being filled with a random nickname. Please provide any issues related to the ad reporting tool to the https://github.com/AdguardTeam/ReportsWebApp repository.
