AdGuard does not turn on VPN in the system using AdGuard implementation with iOS 17.4

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

Either turning on or off in app will not control VPN within the operating system. Even the icon will not slide by the network activity when VPN is enabled. Going to Settings and VPN, it's not on and has to be turned on manually.

Expected Behavior

Turn on VPN in iOS

Actual Behavior

Since updating to 17.4 yesterday, the app does not turn on VPN for the AdGuard profile and has to be turned on manually.

@jrhwr Hi! Have you tried removing the AdGuard VPN profile from the system settings and then adding it again?

Removing the app took the profile off and reinstalling won't add it back.

I apologize. I feel dumb for not remembering that. It's been a setup up and forget it kind of thing from a long time ago. I figured Apple changed methods on VPN configuration. Thank you for your help.
