[Feature Request] iCloud syncing for Filters + User Filters

Having to redo the selection of built-in filters and copy-and-paste custom filters when I do a clean reinstall or getting a new device is (kinda) a hassle, especially compared to other iCloud-enabled apps where I just launch it for the first time and everything is set up for me.

Would be nice for Adguard to add the ability to sync certain things via iCloud, possibly: 1) Which built-in Filters are selected 2) The complete content of User Filters 3) Probably make it optional that can be turned on in settings or during onboarding

"It would be awesome if you could add a “Sync With iCloud” feature or option so that users can automatically receive the exact same setup through all of their devices. The iCloud sync should be very carefully specific to the corresponding app, such as the AdGuard Pro app and the regular AdGuard app. Both apps may be used by users which could very well have different filters selected in either app so that they cover a more of a broad spectrum of filters. With completely different filters selected inside either app, the iCloud sync would definitely have to be application specific to assure than filters are exactly how users programmed.

Example: AdGuard Pro = filters 1,2 and 3

AdGuard = filters 4,5 and 6

(iCloud Sync should keep these filters synced exactly how users selected within the particular apps, hence, “application specific”) "

Any update regarding this being implemented? It's annoying have to duplicate changes across devices and also as stated if you do a fresh install.

@BrokenHope I misinformed you a bit, this task is about syncing filters. But I think once it is implemented, syncing settings is the next logical step not too far away.

This feature development is in progress in AG for Win, Mac (will come with the next major update), AG for iOS is the next on the list.

Select to periodically or manually backup the profiles of custom DNS servers and the user filter & whitelist in SAFARI Content Blocking to iCloud. Synchronize these profiles between all users' devices by using iCloud.

Other question : when someone reports sites via the github bot , how fast is it included in the downloadable list for all customers ?

2. After the issue is solved. Since there are a lot of reports it usually takes up to 10 days to fix the problem.

I've been quite envious that Android users can have all their settings magically reappear.

LOL from 2017, are passed 8 years and ios version still doesn't have a real backup/restore function. 8 years to implement an icloud sync?
