Changing the browser locale does not change the English locale of the extension popup #116

[X] I checked to make sure that this issue has not already been filed

AdGuard version

- AdGuard Assistant version: 1.3.40 and 1.4.1 
- AdGuard Desktop application: 7.17.0 nighlty

Environment

- OS: Windows 11
- Browser: Firefox 124.0.1

Issue Details

STR: 1) Install AdGuard Browser Assistant 2) Go to your browser settings 3) Change locale of your browser to Chinese 4) Open the popup

Expected Behavior

The locale of the popup changes to Chinese

Actual Behavior

It's on English

The Browser Assistant uses the locale that is used in the desktop application, there are no plans to change this behavior at this time.
