Annoying Random Pop Up window

For a couple of weeks now, I am getting a popup window on Android telling me that Adguard is only supported on Yandex and Samsung Internet browsers. The pop up is randomly appearing and very annoying. Can it be removed or switched off?

I have a lifetime subscription.
