DNS upstream isn't system when visiting domains from DNS exclusions #206

  1. Install the latest nightly of AdGuard for Windows
  2. Set AdGuard DNS server (DoH)
  3. Add *.dnsleaktest.com to DNS exclusions in Advanced settings
  4. Go to dnsleaktest.com and open Filtering log

Expected result: DNS upstream is system in Filtering log

Actual result: it's not (AG DNS)
