Sort filters metadata objects by 'id' from lowest to highest in final 'filters.json'

currently filters metadata objects are not sorted in filters.json, e.g. https://uploads.adguard.org/slbdzdrvzvuyu.png https://filters.adtidy.org/windows/filters.json

it would be better if filter with id: 101 is not first in the list
