Fix the "Cannot convert AdGuard redirect to uBlock" issue #95

Currently, there's an issue when the content type is not set:

error   06-Nov-2020 20:35:18    Cannot convert AdGuard redirect to uBlock: ||vennala.pw^$redirect=nooptext
error   06-Nov-2020 20:35:18    Error: Rule is not valid for converting to Ubo. Source type is not specified in the rule: ||vennala.pw^$redirect=nooptext

We can resolve it by automatically adding necessary content types to uBO rule (make it as wide as possible).
