Based on a subscription URL of https://raw.githubusercontent.com/notracking/hosts-blocklists/master/adblock/adblock.txt, I vote against adding the list due to it depending on too many of other peoples' source lists.

At 113 source lists, it'd likely be more optimal to look into adding some of the larger source lists individually.

This comment also applies to #41.
