This is a eu-supported project to create a search engine as a service. The project is founded by nl-net: https://nlnet.nl/project/YacyGrid/ This is a well-reputated project which makes web search services on user request. It is not malware-related and I cannot imagine how this domain ended here on this list. This is very destructive for a project that has a good reputation and is also open source.
