ov-chipkaart.nl - incorrect blocking #278

Related to - https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/issues/137636

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add this rule to user rules (in case if AdGuard app is used): 
    @@||ov-chipkaart.nl^$extension,badfilter
  2. Go to - https://www.ov-chipkaart.nl/home.htm

Website shows error - The requested URL is temporarily unavailable.

With Popup Blocker disabled it loads correctly.
