Please add some descriptions there as my screenshot.

The filter developers may not understand your mother tongues. Please write in English as possible.

The filter developers may need to contact with you when meeting troubles with your issue. Please leave your GitHub account here as possible. Otherwise, your issue may not be solved without your interaction.

@ameshkov When will AG team let your users know the fact which AG filters developers may not know over 10 languages? At least, do not include Traditional Chinese.

Many Taiwanese users see that web reporting tool is Traditional Chinese interface, so they think AG filters developers surely understand Traditional Chinese and then write in Traditional Chinese. Do you really not tell your users to write in English as possible?

Please tell users to write in English as possible because AG filter developers don't understand all languages in the world. https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/issues/34459#issuecomment-519460413
