Use GitHub OAuth instead of manual typing off the name #223

Embarrassing situations occur, when user does not have GitHub account, but enters random name, and wrong user summoned to, for example, NSFW, the issue. https://developer.github.com/apps/building-oauth-apps/authorizing-oauth-apps/

Auth button should be evident.
