Testing with https://new.reddittorjg6rue252oqsxryoxengawnmo46qy4kyii5wtqnwfj4ooad.onion/r/thomastheplankengine/, which loads correctly in Tor Browser 12.5, the Reports form does indeed incorrectly claim that the domain is incorrectly formatted.
