Add possibility to choose more than one problem type

As there sometimes is more than one issue, you should be able to choose more than one problem type/label (like filter selection).

Also there are some problem types missing, like:

• Ad leftover
• Popups
• Spyware/Tracker

@danidoedel For different problems it is better to submit different complaints anyway (new replies will appear as comments to the initially created issue, provided the website/app is the same).

I am not so sure about missing problem types either. 'Ad leftover' is basically 'Missed ad', popups can fall under this category too (although there's a point here). Spyware/tracking is trickier. There's usually no screenshot associated with it and it may require a different information from the submitter.

I'll leave this open with a low priority for now, we will return to this issue later when more urgent stuff is fixed.

We have another request to add a Tracker category to the list of reported problems:

When you report to https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters via https://reports.adguard.com/en/new_issue.html?product_other=AdGuard%20Tracking%20Protection%20filter you can set one of the following issue labels for your GitHub issue: T: Ads or T: Annoyance, etc… but you cannot set T: Tracker so every time I want to report a tracker, I have to tell a volunteer to manually change the label. It’s pretty tedious. Please add a way to report trackers via https://reports.adguard.com/en/new_issue.html?product_other=AdGuard%20Tracking%20Protection%20filter
