High CPU usage with AdGuard VPN for Mac

I see that when I download a large file, CPU usage shows about 30-40% on my Mac. I find this CPU usage higher than expected for that task.

The second question is why we use utun on Big Sur? Wouldn't it be better to use System extension?

This is probably a false alarm, I had debug log enabled
