We should check if AdGuard VPN is currently compatible with iCloud Private Relay.
Apple says that the traffic will be routed through a VPN if it's present and iCloud Private Relay simply won't be used (is it?). However, we currently use utun and not the packet tunnel extension so it's possible that Apple won't be able to detect VPN presence.
There's also a second issue with iCPR. If they route traffic to iCPR proxy through the VPN, it will effectively break "Exclusions" functionality.
