AdGuard VPN conflicts with another VPNs #49

Config

Steps to reproduce

  1. Run our internal wireguard
  2. Run VPN with added internal domains to exclusions
  3. Check if they can be opened
  4. Switch driver mode to Wintun
  5. Check step 3
  6. Disable Wintun
  7. Check step 3

Actual behavior

Excluded internal domains cannot be open

After restart of the app that sites loaded fine.
