That's F-Droid's decision to exclude non-TOR VPNs. Just exclude via AGVPN's website exclusions & go on your way.

Such an unpopular decision, this is a real security threat :( Why F-Droid's need this? For collecting ip?

I think it's b/c they've had troll/spamming problems via vpn in the past.
