Reverse `.vscodeignore` #118

Currently, we specify the paths to be ignored, but it would be better to reverse this logic. Let's ignore everything and allow only the paths to be packaged in VSIX: https://github.com/AdguardTeam/VscodeAdblockSyntax/blob/master/.vscodeignore
