Preparing for the big release #76

  1. Added a release guide to CONTRIBUTING.md.
  2. Added a Github action that will publish release to both Github releases and VSCode marketplace.
  3. Bumped the version to v1.0.0. The changes are huge enough to finally call this "v1" :)
  4. Made some cosmetic changes to the documentation.
