Please remove catholic.com from the blacklist

@slavaleleka this domain no more points to go.pardot.com, could you please check why is it still in the list?

there is no "www.catholic.com" but there is "wvw.catholic.com" which is real cname for go.pardot.com tracker

and note please that AdGuard cname-trackers is not a blocklist, it's just a list of cloaked trackers
